Early Menopause- A Problem for Women

Menopause is a phase that comes in the menstrual cycle of every female. However in the recent times, the onset of this phase has become very rapid and many young women are experiencing its arrival. All this has made the researchers worried as females tend to lose their fertility after the menopause. Mostly there are no clear reasons for this occurrence, but sometimes you can know what caused this phase to come so early.

Some signs of premature beginning of this stage include night sweats, pain in muscles as well as joints, hot flashes and disturbances in sleep. You can also gain weight during this phase and water reduction may also occur very frequently. Most importantly, the levels of estrogen in the female body declines abundantly at this stage and it is known as the estrogen crash. It is this only reason that the early menopause occurs in most of the females today and lead to many other problematic issues as well.

Even though a lot of development has been made by the researchers in this area, but still they are lacking in an appropriate treatment for this crucial disease of females. Mostly, the effected women choose the option of Hormone Replacement Therapy so as to enhance the levels of estrogen in their bodies. Oral insertion of the hormone is the most common portal for doing this. However, in the recent times skin has also been utilized to perform this task. In this case, patches that have the capability to exude hormones are used on the skin and from the skin; these hormones go into the bloodstream and start their functions.

There are many points that can be well thought-out as the reasons for the untimely commencement of menopause in females. For instance, failure of ovaries to perform the process of ovulation is the main factor behind this arrival. Similarly, if you have been suffering from cancer and you have attained its treatment, and then menopause will come early. Follicle stimulating hormones are tested to determine the onset of early menopause. If the intensity of this hormone increases above the normal gradient, the intensity of estrogen in the body decline. Despite all these harmful facts, there is another very significant truth that early menopause affects only 1 percent females who have the age range of 15 and 45. Therefore, you should not be worried about it a lot. Even if it occurs, a woman must face it with power and strength because being able to reproduce is not the only unique factor for a female. There are many other things as well that can determine and establish your identity as a woman. So never hesitate to admit that you have an early onset of menopause.
