Contraceptive Pills and its Effects

In the medical history the medicines having capacity to alter the natural body behavior has proven to have side effects. This fact lies with antibiotics and the case of birth control pills is no different. The range of these side effects varies from minor to sever like strokes and even heart attacks. These effects normally occur in the few starting years of medicine. Pharmaceutical companies are trying to minimize these effects but they are unable to eradicate them completely. They provide the instruction about these medicines and the proper dose and research has unleashed the mystery that many women are affected by these medicines due to high dosage than normal. These effects are also dependent on the hormones and inner structure of an individual.

The women having legacy disease like blood pressure or those who smoke are greatly affected by these medicines. There are many brands available in the market having different formulas and vary from dose to content. With the development of medical science these effects are minimized but some of them are still there like heart attacks and blood clot but the chances of their occurrences have been decreased significantly.

Doctors now suggest the medicine to their patient meeting with their hormone structure so that they do not suffer any serious damage. Still the minor side effects are there that cannot be controlled like headaches, nausea, change of mood etc. but these are due to the human body in the process of adjusting with these pills and after certain time these effects disappears. Nowadays these medicines have been refined that they are considered much safer than they were in the past. Still doctors recommend not using these pills to the women having history of high blood pressure or breast cancer. Although some cases of severe side effects have been observed but on the broad level these pills are much safer to use in today’s modern age.
