The statistics of the women, who face Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), in one way or other, is very high. Researchers have shown that there are more than one fifty scenarios involved in which Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) can occur. About seventy percent of the women experience the Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and its minor symptoms where as eighty percent of the women face common symptoms that are well known and are medically diagnosable. There have been statistics of ten percent such women who face Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in its alarming conditions and consequently affected their life in one way or other. It has been observed that these symptoms are very common among the women who go through the pregnancy and few cases have also been reported in which these symptoms were sever and affecting the victim’s life.

The age group that is more prone to such symptoms is twenty to forty years old women normally having a single child or two. In most of the cases it came to light that these women had the depression history from their ancestors. The strength and type of symptoms may vary from person to person according to the body structure but some common symptoms remain predictable in all. Some of them are as under:

· Irregular swelling of body parts
· Breast tenderness
· Stress or anxiety
· Depression
· Tear flood
· Change of mood
· Irregular patterns of food intake
· Pain in joints

In order to cope with such problems, doctors normally suggest the light medicines and supplements. Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin–E in a specific amount daily and for a specific cycle is recommended for the diagnosis of such problems. Different supplements are taken for different purposes. For example Evening primrose oil helps to stiff the inner tissues and consequently reduces the breast tenderness.

Although the complete diagnosis takes long and may not be able to completely eradicate the whole root but it is strongly suggested that in the very beginning you contact to your doctor and stick to the treatment he might suggest you. In this way these effects can be minimized greatly. Also keep your self relaxed and calm also keep an eye on your food intake. caffeine, sugars, and salts increase blood pressure, sugar level and aggressive behavior that may leads towards the symptoms.
