Not only that, in addition to psychological symptoms your body also feels physical symptoms and signs as well such as pain in chest, smaller breath and heartbeat exceeding. And because of heart beat exceeding you even feel that you are going to experience a heart attack. Other physical symptoms and signs which are very common are stomach pest, diarrhea, and headache, sweating, trembling and shaking. These are the most common symptoms of panic attack. Other symptoms and signs of panic attack include neurological symptoms in you feel like that you are having an inner breakdown. This includes feelings like having a seizure, and involuntary movements. Some people may experience a change in the internal temperature.

Panic attacks usually peak in 10 minutes and last for 30 minutes or longer before subsiding. And it is very important to notice that every symptom and sign of panic attack is treatable. If you sense that you are having any of the above indications then you should talk to and seek help from experienced persons. If you are successful in controlling your psychological symptoms then there is a huge chance of reducing the physical symptoms and signs.
